It was during the making of this fragrance in the winter of 2015 that we were making a lot of spiced chai. It was a tasty treat in the sub-zero temperatures we had been experiencing, and it was at this point that we had decided to create a fragrance to capture a bit of its warmth and comfort. It is also our first gourmand fragrance to be released, and one which I am very familiar with; during the bottling of our second batch I knocked over a large container of it which promptly soaked deep into the floorboards. The room never smelled the same again! The coconut lends a watery freshness to the composition, welcome contrast to the delicate apricot, spice and vanilla icecream backbone.
